We use your access and dwelling data exclusively for statistical purposes in the course of optimising our website.

However, we only transfer your personal data to countries for which the EU Commission has decided that they have an adequate level of data protection or we take measures to ensure that all recipients have an adequate level of data protection. For example, we conclude standard contractual clauses (2010/87/EC and/or 2004/915/EC) for this purpose.

We will continue to store your customer data for the purpose of customer care until you either request its deletion or until you have no longer been recorded by name as a customer in one of our businesses for a period of at least 3 years.
In addition, we store personal data if it is necessary to protect or enforce the rights and legitimate interests of our company or third parties.
Data that is no longer required or for the processing of which a required consent has been revoked will be deleted by us immediately and permanently.

If we process your data for another legal reason, e.g. on the basis of a contractual relationship or a legal obligation, you must provide us with the data required for the performance of the contract or fulfilment of the legal obligation. So-called social media plugins from social networks such as Facebook, Google+, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube and Instagram are used on our websites. These plugins are small third-party programs that are loaded when the website is called up and establish a connection to your browser using your IP address and possibly other browser characteristics so that the respective buttons (e.g. Facebook likes, or Instagram camera icon) as well as content are correctly integrated into the presentation of the website. Under certain circumstances, a connection to a social network may already be established when the page is called up in order to integrate content, so that in this case your IP address and other browser features are already transmitted to the social network at this point.
At the latest when you click on a social media button, your address and browser data are transmitted to the respective social network. If you are logged in to the respective social network at the same time, it can directly assign your visit to our website to your profile .If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking a Like or other button, the corresponding information is also transmitted directly to the respective network server and stored there. The information is also published on your network account according to your other settings and displayed to your contacts.
The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by social networks, as well as your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy, can be found in the respective data protection notices of the providers.
If you do not want social networks to directly assign the data collected via our website to your profile, we recommend that you log out of their respective accounts before visiting our website. You can also completely prevent the loading of social plugins with add-ons for your browser, e.g. with the script blocker "NoScript"(http://noscript.net/).
Our website uses Google Maps to display maps. Personal data such as IP address, browser information and, if enabled in your device, location data are transmitted to Google and processed there for the purpose of display and usage analysis. For more information on data processing by Google, please refer to Google's data protection information: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy. There you also have the option to make settings regarding your privacy for all Google services.
